The Scarlet Spider. I've made a totally unashamed side-switch regarding the Clone Saga. Sure it might be viewed as a dark point in the Spider-man continuity, but I have to say I remember it with a great deal of fondness. I'd never read comics before and when I got into Spider-man this was the storyline going on at the time.
Ben Reilly, a product of that story and a great character. No identity, no real memories and never meant to exist. But he could do whatever a spider could and nothing was going to stop him from doing that.

i just wanted to ask you if y ou drew ben reilly and lo and behodl here he si on your front page
anyway i am with you on that i like the clone saga
mostly because of ben and ben and peters relationship later on in the story
ben is the closest to what peter has like a brother
and ben is the only person who ever udnerstands peter completley and knows exactly what he is going through
its a shame ben had to die ( bring him back damn you marvel if mephisto can revive harry he can also revive ben ! ) because that brother dynamic was most interesting
